By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or engaging with its content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances or pending withdrawals forfeited at jjwim's discretion.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information, including incorrect name, date of birth or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
To create an account, users must complete the registration form with their full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and any other information requested. You must be registering in your own name and on your own behalf — registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jjwim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
jjwim and its referenced operators apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of AML compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational and entertainment purposes only. You may access Content, use educational tools, read guides and engage with the Platform's features for your own lawful purposes.
You must not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following activities:
Violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Deposit options available through the Platform or referenced operators may include mobile wallet services commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, inter-bank payment systems such as Raast, and traditional bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Payment Provider Disclaimer: None of the payment providers named above endorse, are affiliated with or support jjwim or any gambling activities. Users must verify that their payment provider's terms permit the intended transaction before proceeding.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another individual are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
Where applicable, amounts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Exchange rates for any cross-currency transactions are set by the relevant payment processor and jjwim accepts no responsibility for rate fluctuations.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the cashier or withdrawal section of the relevant operator's platform. jjwim, as an information platform, does not process withdrawals directly. Users should refer to the specific operator's withdrawal terms for applicable rules, minimum amounts and processing windows.
Withdrawals may not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the operator's satisfaction. Documents typically required include a government-issued CNIC or passport, and in some cases, proof of address. Identity details must match the registered account exactly.
Where a bonus has been claimed and activated on an account, all applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal can be processed. Outstanding rollover obligations will prevent withdrawal processing regardless of available account balance. jjwim strongly recommends reading bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the payment method chosen, KYC completion status, the operator's internal processing schedule and third-party payment provider timelines. Do not rely on withdrawal timing for financial commitments.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These include, but are not limited to: wagering/rollover requirements, maximum bet limits during active bonus play, game contribution percentages, bonus validity/expiry periods, maximum cashout limits and minimum deposit thresholds.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect following closure of your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwim is incorporated or registered, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles that would cause the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
